Merit's dedicated professional staff works closely with the patient's physician to develop a customized plan of care that best fits the patients needs. Our skilled nurses and therapists visit patients on an intermittent basis, usually for a period of 60 days, to provide ongoing care, guidance and support and to help each patient meet or exceed their recovery goals.

Merit can respond to all patients' service needs including arranging for medical supplies and equipment. Medicare Part A covers 100% of the cost of home health care for those that qualify. Other payers may also pay for all or part of this service.
